These were the words of Dr. John Arnold Siena, CESO III, Director of National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) during the 2019 Division Secondary Schools Press Conference at Guimbal National High School, October 12.

"Develop yourself to the maximum because you have the talent and skills," he further said.

Siena also stated that before empowering your community you need first to empower yourself as a campus journalist.

"I think it is not about empowering your community it's about transforming them to become a better person," Siena concluded.
